Ratings are the mean Accuracy Score across a forecaster's eligible verified forecasts, so volume alone cannot raise a rank. A forecaster appears at 10 verified forecasts; ties go to the larger sample. Raw verified accuracy, not difficulty-adjusted skill — methodology.
